I don't understand how anyone is using this app. In order to do anything you have to verify your ID. I have absolutely nothing abnormal BUT SOMEHOW this app refuses to allow me to complete the verification process. Every time I try it decides to try and scan my ID a different way. It wants a picture then it wants to scan it. One says the picture is too blurry but it's blocking the camera from focusing and the other just goes to a white screen and crashes sometimes it just goes back to homepage!!

wanted to rent a trailer 6x12 utility and put in dates and when looking at itemization it didn't add up. after talking with AI bot at great length it was determined it was an insurance charge not shown. so I reached out to customer support via email and no one got back to me. I can't spend money on a rental without full itemized reciept. if you don't see a charge but your being charged, then its a hidden charge. I rented a trailer same same from Youhaul for 680$ instead of the 1100$ here.

Good enough platform. Would like to see some polish to the UI (hire me, I'll do it, haha) and would like to see the chat sync faster without having to exit and reload. Would also like push notifications rather than texts. But, pretty good overall.
