The platform is overall decent. the phone app is very laggy and takes a while to do most actions. I have had decent experience from customer service until my most recent when a customer kept a trailer longer than they were supposed to, the customer service rep basically told me it was my problem when asking how the platform handles these things with insurance and such. it turns out if the customer keeps your trailer past the return date your trailer is now uninsured. make sure to read the terms.

I have a total of 77 times I rented my trailer out starting from January 2024 to now! All my trailers came back and had a few hiccups nothing to go crazy about, but it's expected. Any damage claims (which are missing ratchet straps, misplace a lock, and small things in that nature) I requested all were approved the same day! Easy to use and simple app to earn a few dollars on the side. The only thing they need to do is advertise it a bit better to the public. Overall, I love it!

Proximity search utilizing city, zip code, and GPS location pull listings from multiple cities over and not the location my trailers are located. This also impacts other owners in my same city. Buries my listing and sends customers on a trailer drive much further away than the intended search location. So far may not be worth your time to list your trailer here.
