Was just trying to figure out whether there are delivery charges or not but it directly confirmed my order and there isn't even any options to cancel my orders. Please show us all the necessary informations and add a cancel features.

I ordered a product and upto 3 days there is no response let's see how long it will go, I have already paid too but there is no information about the product to me either they scammed me or just a delay procedure. it's literally a shame to be called a online pharma giant and lacking like this. item number 12896

fake app. I ordered some medicines on 19-04-2025 by paying through Esewa and they confirmed my order on 20-04-2025 but till today 27-04-2025 I haven't received My order. I tried to connect through Phone Call, WhatsApp, Contact Form in App and E-mails but they were not receiving phone calls, not replying to anything. Post edit: Finally on 28-04-2025 they cancelled my order and returned my paid amount to Esewa. So be careful before ordering.
