Received new Prodigo+milk connected machine as Xmas gift but the app will not connect to the machine. Seen other reviewer with same issue and Nespresso says it's a bug in the app. Please resolve asap as these machines are not cheap and the 'connected' feature is major USP that your sales people push.
The ordering flow is confusing. In fact the whole app is confusing with a very crowded layout. But ordering is especially confusing: you constantly need to scroll back to fill in some forgotten detail (which wasn't immediately apparent) which leads to frustration. However, being able to repeat past orders is a very nice feature.
I love using the app to order and have for a number of years. It's recently become buggy though and particularly jumps back to the top of the page when placing orders. So for every capsule order I place, I have to scroll back down again. Not very friendly. Please fix it
UPDATE: After recent updates it no longer allows me to makes purchases. So now the app is basically worthless. Easy to order my coffee anywhere, anytime, what could be more convenient!
Unreliable Bluetooth syncing on Android v8.0 Pixel 2 XL. In order to use the app as intended I have to Power off my phone and back on every morning. If that was working then this would be a 5 star app for sure...
Flipping through coffee types should be a lot easier rather than selecting one, hitting back only to have to scroll back down to where I was. The checkout flow, where you enter your credit card number needs work in order to prevent type ahead or whatever causes random digits to be typed at the start of each 4 digit block
