This Nespresso app is great! Easy to use and navigate. Ilove the Nespresso coffee and the service! I grabbed a box of coffee from a boutique and after taking it home discovered every capsule had been popped open, probably from a pressure issue at some point, and when I called customer service, with an apology and no questions, they overnight a new box of coffee. This is obviously something you should expect from a company when you spend a few more bucks on a high quality product. I was very pleased and haven't had any other complaints. After a couple years, I still love the coffee.
On my previous Marshmallow based OnePlus One phone this app worked perfectly, proving to be a decent app for browsing and purchasing Nespresso pods. Unfortunately it no longer even passes the loading phase on my Google Pixel XL, crashing shortly after I click on the Nespresso app icon. This issue still remains 5 months after the Pixel XL release and is not an isolated issue. I am baffled as to why no apparent efforts have been made to rectify this issue affecting Google's flagship device.
It doesn't work properly. I couldn't type in my credit card details because it kept autofilling with part of my previous input. On top of that, I specifically didn't ask it to remember my details, yet it autofilled my name on my second go. Lastly, there isn't any functionality I can't find on the regular website. Conclusion: Buggy and useless.
Ideal doesn't work properly if immediately going to my bank app. Indicated it to customer service but they didn't even reply. Second time they replied I should use another payment method but then they should not give the option in the app. Still no change.
Agree with last reviewer, app was good on Marshmallow, but glitchy on Nougat. The order button greys out and you can't submit. Have to ditch your order and start from scratch. Apart from that the app is good, although would like to see free delivery on all orders
Entering card payment details is very tricky. As you enter the card number the cursor jumps in between the numbers you have already typed. Can this be looked as and maybe change the setting so when entering numbers a keypad screen comes up instead. Once your ca4d details are entered it does remember them so if you use the same card again you won't have to go through the hassle of entering the card numbers
Bugs and continued improvements to improve the stability and performance of the app.
