Update: Ever since my first experience, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Nespresso. I love the coffee. The app is great, and reliable. Coffee comes quickly. Previous: At the very end of my order I decided to you click on the Info button on the check box save as default. It cancelled all of my previous work and I had to redo everything!
Choosing the pods is easy enough, but the app fell down firstly when I tried to choose a pick up location. The map was so bad and so slow to load that I went to list option. After restarting the app several times, I managed to choose the right location. Secondly, the app was irritatingly bad when putting my card details in. I started typing only for the app to fill up the space with random numbers. Very strange. After much faff, I eventually managed to sort it. I want their coffee, they want my money. Please sort it.
It used to be good. But I tried to place an order today and it was awful. Took over 15 mins to order a descaling kit. And the part where you enter your card details was horrendous. I just hope it wasn't a bug and my details haven't been copied. And your staff need more customer service training. I rang to find out when the Liverpool boutique was opening and was told it was only in Liverpool One and to just keep walking past it myself. That's not very helpful
They somehow opened me two accounts. They allowed someone who provided my information to take over one my accounts without authorization. This has screwed up any promotion's I may have been entitled to and my history for my purchases. Which also screws up when I need to descale. I called in and it took 30 mins to get through. They sell you on service and customer satisfaction but this shows none of it. In fact the fact you can add yourself to anyone's account without authorization is a privacy concern.
Always easy! Small blip today with new phone - HSBC app wasn't processing credit card; said I hadn't enabled cookies but I had done. Switched to different card and it went straight through
Great app! Only flaw (and it's not with the app itself) is that Nespresso only accepts orders in multiples of 50 so if you want 70 capsules, too bad
Bugs and continued improvements to improve the stability and performance of the app.
