Simply not working. My phone finds the machine in the Btooth menu but the app doesn't.Can pair it easily but there is no communication in the app. Keeps telling me to put it within 20 cm from the machine. I put the phone ON the machine and still can't find it. It's a joke of an app that put the Nespresso name to shame

Had to switch on my locations just to find pick up point even though I put my address in search bar, y?? No tabs at to though out process so had to keep hitting back arrow. When putting in card details no number screen so have to hit my number on key pad and it kept auto correcting numbers so had to hit one number then the auto number for singular use. Frustrating

App behaviour is slow. Scrolling in lists freezes the app while content is loading, especially visible in the coffee machine list. Checkout process has too many steps and is missing Android Pay integration. That being said, I was able to order coffee.

Not a bad app and the products are of a high quality. Unfortunately they use Yodel for delivery, which means that your parcel either ends up in a hedge or you have to collect it yourself from a depot 20 miles away.

Would be 5* if the order confirmation could display a message explaining errors, eg when insufficient sleeves are in the order. At the moment it just returns to the basket with no indication what rejection issue is leaving me to work it out.

Amateur night – Two months on connect still use the app with connected machine, loads with errors but none of the brew or schedule icons work. Prior to that, could not login, prior to that immediately throws up an error of connectivity, reset machine app everything still the same so must be the app. Does not even work on my iPad. Come on Nespresso I don't feel very Clooney : )

When placing order it needs to show a countdown as to how many more items need to be ordered to meet the minimum. Or may be just a warning saying minimum order quantity. Apart for that works fine!
Internal error when I try to login and unable to connect to my expert machine. However excellent customer service rescues this app,still got a problem logging in but every other problem fixed.
App is ok. But not friendly to know more about coffee, to know how much is it basket worth, to compare coffees.. still better than the website which doesn't work from a tablet... Poor development and design indeed...
All of a sudden the app has become unusable. Asks for login details every time it's opened and won't navigate. Tried to place an order and it logged me out and I had to reselect region and log in again and again
Bit slow but otherwise good to use. Scheduling coffee for the morning is great and warning that i haven't reset the capsule is a neat feature.
Back to 5 starts now they have got it working again on my Pixel XL
Ordering pods was fine but had issues using the contact us page. Was unable to submit feedback.
Wont connect to my new nesspresso machine and wont allow me to register machine either. Without connectivity there is no point in having the machine i have purchased. If this is not resolved soon i will be returning it for a more reliable brand.
Ok in terms of a product information source. I find the order checkout process slow and have no confidence in the card payment process as it insists on adding extra numbers to those I enter in the required fields. That makes me concerned and ponder whether I shall use it again.
It is slow and annoying. We have 3 boutiques but inhave to try to tick it on the map instead of choosing from a list. When filling out credit card number the keyboard doesnt change to numeric pad.
No longer able to (re)pair with my expert after latest update. Thanks! Update: can pair again, but connection between app and machine resets every couple of seconds. Useless for months now
App has become a phaff to use particularly at the payment stage ... have to keep re-enter info several times before it will let you continue
Below is still not fixed!! Unbelievable!!! :-( When I want to order, it gives me the message "page is not available anymore" and I cannot proceed. I am on the Google Pixel. Please fix!!
Not sure the purpose of this app. Not user friendly, i have to go back and forth couple of times in order to find what i want.
Not a bad app a little slow on occasion but is simple to use once it's all set up, still dissappointed they'll never really release Monsoon Malabar it was their best ever flavour blend in doubt they'll ever make one as good again
Now working on S8+. Relatively easy to use app - except accessories should be separate - not tied to capsule selection.
Have had no problem with app but when putting in card details it kept adding numbers to my card number and took me about 5 mins to rectify as it kept adding or deleting numbers.
Check out errors when entering the credit card number. App adds numbers not entered.
There is much improvement compared to previous version. But no incentive to order repeatedly.
I have only just downloaded and can not log in due to internal server error. Love my coffee machine not the app. Please fix
Basic. Able to order what you need with limited information provided. Saying that, I'm a low maintenance customer.
A bit clunky to choose the pick up point but otherwise a good app.
It works and has my order history but you have to reorder everything not just items you want again.
Had my order placed in a few minutes, saves me having to travel to one of their stores. Simple App that works.
Great app very easy to use and see current offers , quick to order and free delivery 200 capsule or more.
Everything wad smoth and easy with one exception: could not find where to does order recycling bags...
100capsules for free delivery a bit too much. Hope can adjust to lower quantities.
