Ratings and reviews

App could easily be more pleasant/easy to use with a couple simple fixes: 1) Allow users to fave/save items they like, or want to remember to try, etc., to lists. 2) Save scroll position on the shop list, so that when you select to view the details of an item and then go back, you're where you left off on the list rather than suddenly at the top again.

No recycling anymore so had to throw my 2 bags of used pods in the bin! App is very slow and cumbersome as always. Would be good for Nespresso to get a professional software company to develop it. Clunky to find what you are looking for. Some stuff has to be done on the web as the App is not set up correctly (eg subscriptions) Update: still a terrible App, I hate it.

I love the Nespresso machine. However, I placed an order for capsules, and now the app won't open. The app crashes every time I open it. Deleting the app and redownloading it doesn't work. Other people have been reporting the same issue. It is very disappointing that many users and myself are unable to use the app after buying your products. I will change my rating if this problem gets fixed. Edit: I have changed my rating as the problem seems to have resolved.
