Appli formidable I have five Nespresso machines divided between two homes. The app is as good as the coffee, and the coffee is great. Ordering is a snap, and the speed of fulfilment sometimes defies belief. My last order was at my door *the day after* I placed it through the app. Impeccable.
Major problems Always defaults to Spanish even though I specify English and always tells me I have to order 50 more pods or accessories even though I am getting the new club mbr deal and getting 200 pods and a free accessory. I uninstalled/reinstalled app and it works better. Navigation still sucks because you don't have back buttons in the app.
Very bad connectivity Bluetooth is absolutely useless....brand new phone and cannot connect unless reset coffee machine....Nespresso...I want an app. to work...I don't need an app. to order coffee! Back again after 4 month try to connect it to Bluetooth....no luck! When this piece of junk will improve? I regret to buy this coffee machine.
Cc issue but overall great It kept on adding numbers to my cc when I got to the payment screen, but the problem let up after several tries and my order is on its way! I love how easy it was to register.
Purchased a new Nespresso Prodigio machine two days ago.Love the coffee and the old machine. This new gimmick is garbage technology however that keeps losing connectivity and "cannot find device" when right next to a machine. waste of money to buy the new machine and apparently app was not perfected before release.
Looks nice but... Not much more than looks! I decided to install the app... Couldn't find Cyprus... odd... after coming back home decided to recheck... Nothing! Had info, products but helping me to find a shop or ordering through the app, impossible!! Very disappointing :-(
