The free shipping is a great service to provide but the vendors they use for that service are bad. We had several bad delivery experiences with them that is why most of the time we choose to pay for it. Otherwise when we get the package it's like Christmas morning :) we can't wait to try the new flavors. Nothing is better then the smell of Nespresso in the morning
App behaviour is slow. Scrolling in lists freezes the app while content is loading, especially visible in the coffee machine list. Checkout process has too many steps and is missing Android Pay integration. That being said, I was able to order coffee.
I was happy to discover that you had an app. It made the ordering easy after trying to order on the website and having trouble finding how to order specific flavors. Amazon has run out of Vanizio and we love it!
Now works on Android 7. App has solid functionality, but is slow to respond despite a good phone and network. Some bugs, like the search for nearby stores to pick up capsules from simply does not work.
Can't connect to Krups Expert&Milk. Although the Nespresso Boutique was able to connect to it in the store. The app is far from working on this feature. Tested on Motorola G4, Nvidia Shield, IPad mini, Wileyfox swift. Devices are with the latest software versions. Ordering I will do on a laptop anyway. Absolutely would love it when it would work!
When placing order it needs to show a countdown as to how many more items need to be ordered to meet the minimum. Or may be just a warning saying minimum order quantity. Apart for that works fine!
