In a year, I only was able to place an order twice with the app. It keeps always crashing, it keeps telling me that an item is out of stock even though I did not select it so I could not place the order. These are some basic functionalities that are a must for every product that you sell online. It's frustrating and very disappointing. I am thinking about switching to a different brand all together.
Worst customer experience in a very long time. Nespresso management does not seem aware that people might relocate in a DIFFERENT country. Mind-blowing news I know... Impossible to use one settings if you are in a new country: had to create a new profile. 100% dummy!
Easy to use for orders, saves checkout preferences so you don't have to dig out your credit card every time. I do wish there were a link to their YouTube tutorials, for things like descaling the machine. But overall a good app.
Really simple to use. Makes picking coffees and accessories a breeze. Only issue would be with the interactive map selector for pick up points which can crash my Samsung s7. But using the list view option is easy so 5 star.
Still a little clunky but I'm getting used to it. Reorder is going to be easy next time. I wish there was a way to use PayPal or Samsung Pay so I didn't need to use my credit card.
Stopped working with my expert machine on Xperia z5c. Can't schedule coffee any more, which is the whole point. IPad version works better but still only intermittent. Expensive machine with rubbish software in the app. £15 headphones work with Bluetooth, why can't a £300 coffee machine. I bet Nespresso don't read these reviews.
