Ratings and reviews

Rent is just one small fraction of the total cost. A number of service charges follow, so many things fail, most of the items in the item checklist are missing, some not working- if you report you have to pay for it. Property manager will hardly pick up your call. Really bad experience. Would definitely persuade everyone to not take Nestaway

using the app is easy but the worst part is the location. the location on the app and the actual place is different. one place was more than 8 km difference and since I did notice this earlier i checked with the location manager and he shared the correct location. another place I saw was also different almost a km apart from the actual location. please fix the locations correctly ... one good thing is the location managers are good. they are helpful

App is not bad but their customer support system is pathetic. My service request has been pending for last 2 months. Their escalation system looks useless. My request is already at level 4 for last 20 days. For last 10 days I am sending messages to them on twittter also. Nothing has worked. Interestingly my problem is quite simple. One month I got less rent. On complaining they agreed to pay remaining amount next month. But they did not pay. It looks that their finance department has goofed up.
