Never take a home via Nestaway. They bill you for random things and threaten you if u raise questions regarding bills. No one has any sense of responsibility here. They lie to your face and will say anything to extract as much money as possible. The representatives simply say "We are getting a handsome salary. We don't care about you." I have gone through a very bad experience and do not want anyone else to go through the same.
Worst customer care service ever. I registered a complaint regarding non functioning of my AC. And in ticket it is written that it will be served by 10 AM of next day. But no one comes to solve the problem. And when I call the customer care , they told me that time for resolving the problem in AC is auto generated, we didn't mean it. They never solve the problem on time And they always reply at the last hour of service request time. This is worst customer care service I have ever experienced.
Never take a flat through Nestaway. They charged me 999/- for internal transfer on the very first day with Nestaway. They even closed all the tickets that I raised marking them as resolved.
They have holded my security money since 11 days , for late rent they charge fine from us and when I want to withdraw my money after move out the status hasn't moved ahead from work in progress !!! I will not suggest anyone for nest away any more!!!
Pathetic service, 3 times internal transfer in 10months, This time they are THREATING us to vacate as I was not ready to move in every 3 months. Only buttering while getting new tenants. High charges compared to local flats and services are just awful. New joiners don't prefer Nestaway. They don't even respond to resolve issue's. No hygeine care and biggest concern was terrace rain water was added purposely in utility tanks jus to save few bucks of water billing which led to dangerous disease to the tenants residing in same building. Many troubles like wifi & water cuts, power connection of 8 flats in one meter that leads to high power bill,leakages, insects, geyser and plumbing issue etc. We had raised more than 20 issue among which only few got resolved. Now trying to send the email to developer but mail delivery failure to nestaway & developer
Pathetic Service by Nestaway!!!! NEVER EVER TRY FOR IT. We have more than 10 issues in 3 months and we raised our voice and complaint against it. They provided as rain water in tank purposely , we fell I'll and then power cut for days to trouble us as nestaway did not pay owner , then owner and nestaway threating us on the sake of legal procedures and agreement . They knew that we are going to social media and other so told us that owner has off boarded the flat and leave in 10 days ..then we enquired abt it and found that nestaway and other purposely wanted us to move out and they are threating us to do so. Even we have wifi and other stuff for 6months and they are not ready to bear our expenses. We have filled a case on nestaway in consumer forum too and also going to file a FIR on owner and Nestaway for mental harrasment and threating . Stay away from this dieses and get your own flat ...Never ever try this. There are many things I am not able to tell here but highlighted the main ones.
