Very bad experience with the app and customer service. Before registration, their team used to call me daily and explain the services. However, after the payment was made, there was no response from customer care and no proper follow-up. Many of the profiles appear to be inactive or fake. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this platform. If you are planning to purchase a membership, it’s better to consider other matrimonial sites.
