Ratings and reviews

Everything in the game is so perfect. the characters , the animation Everything is so good . but there is a BIG problem , every time I open the game I enter one match then in the next matches (especially ranked) I wait for 3 min. but I don't get in .why ??!! I can't enter even a casual match without inviting friends. also if I don't want to continue a game I can't get out and it's annoying!! otherwise everything is good

i have multiple Samsung devices and if i encounter issues on my gaming specific device, i'll just quickly check on another. if i to customer service, i've already done the "have you tried turning it off and turning it back on" checklist. just this year, i've gotten dinged on the game disconnecting me repeatedly and completely dropping me. i couldn't participate in a good part of the NY events because it locked me out of JUST that. sometimes, updates just won't let us log in. what is going on?!

can't give this game an honest rating when server is basically dead for rank in north America... I really do like the style and how it tries to make players understand their roles, what not to do in situations. if it can be revived that'll be cool, as in add some bot games into rank to rank up or connect to nearby servers if queue is too long.
