About this game

Available exclusively for Netflix members.

Choose your heroes and embark upon an epic quest to save the world of Arzu in this open-world, roguelike strategy card game.

Arcanium is a tale of fellowship and bravery, and is set in a fantasy world of anthropomorphic animals in which good, evil, magic and technology collide. This ambitious open-world, single-player strategy card game merges the roguelike and deckbuilding genres in exciting new ways.

Form a party of three heroes and embark on a dangerous journey to defeat Akhan the Calamity and save the world of Arzu from destruction. But beware; should one of your party members succumb to corruption, your quest will come to its end.

Love it, but the bugs make it so stressful at times. It's addictive, many different strategies and synergies. I love how the mechanics naturally counter and compliment each other. I hate how the game has frequent bugs of things not working as intended, some spells not accurately showing their damage, successful runs getting a 'game over' screen and more. If the bugs were fixed, this would be a 5/5. Until then, I'll be waiting for an update.

The amount of replayability the game offers is incredible. Having the same features as the PC version on a mobile port is actually stunning. Props to the devs for that. Unfortunately, at this moment in time, the game needs to be updated and is not really playable. The card choosing is faulty and is really annoying - can't bring myself to play because of this. There are also some issues with quests and overheating. I do hope these issues will be solved soon. It would be a shame otherwise.

The game play is good and it is fun to work out the best combination of cards, artifacts, items and minions to progress in the run. However, there are one or two design flaws. The main one is when you try to select middle cards during battle. It's awkward to pick them from the group instead of outer cards. Aside from that there are a couple of places where texts are so small that they are almost unreadable.
