I used to love Netflix I would watch it day and night. But recently I have been having some issues. I went on Netflix and picked my show and hit play but I got an error code. So I reinstalled the app. Luckily this fixed it but as soon as I closed the app and reopened it I would have the problem. And now every time I want to watch Netflix I have to reinstall the app. This gets very frustrating and it's time consuming. Please fix this problem so I can go back to watching Netflix regularly. Thank you
Why would NETFLIX NEED ACCESS. TO MY PERSONAL PHOTOS?? IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN EXPLAIN THIS TO ME? SO IF I WANT TO WATCH MOVIES ON MY TABLET OR PHONE YOU NEED TO SEE MY PHOTOGRAPHS? With latest update my Nook HD's screen isn't being used like it was last year. Now it looks like a 3/4 " black frame was added and now is surrounded by it ! What happened ? Screen was perfectly filled before. This is a BIG disappointment. ..
Here's the thing: the app doesn't work. I have a Galaxy Note 5. It's not like the hardware can't support the app. But every time there's an update to the app, every time I- for whatever reason- have to reinstall it, the app will not work. It just force crashes at the loading screen. I have yet to discover any way around this. The only time it starts to work again, is when I complain to Netflix that I'm thinking about canceling my subscription because I can't actually use it, and then the app magically starts working again for a few days. It's been several months now. I'm just done.
There is simply no better streaming service. Period. There is none that has the selection or the quality. Plain and simple. Especially the Netflix originals. The app has gotten a lot more responsive and speedy over time. It's about time you went back to a black and red icon, very nice. The PS3 version could use that new icon. The constant updates are really becoming annoying though. Seriously, what bugs? The PS3 app has bugs, so update that, geez. Ugh, just so you know people, a binary rating system works about ten thousand times better when it comes to something like automatic suggestions. Actually look at your recommendations, aren't they far more accurate to what you like to watch? Yeah, thought so. Naturally I am having absolutely no problems with the software whatsoever. Maintain your OS people, because the app isn't the problem.
I have 3 android devices, v5.1 and above. Netflix used to work fine, but now crashes after login on first run, and on subsequent runs, after a couple seconds of "Netflix" startup screen. Whatever the issue is I hope It gets resolved soon. Amazon and xfinity both work fine.
I have a Galaxy Tab S2 and every time I launch Netflix I get an error message that it has stopped working and it shuts down. It works great on my phone though. Higher stars would be forthcoming once is working on the tablet as well. Still having same issue. Still having the same issue, absolute garbage.
