Very pleased with the app. Very reliable and great for when you feel like browsing for two hours. The other day I looked for movies to watch before bed and didn't find one. I like how "my list" accumulates titles for weeks and they disappear before I find the time to watch them. I have never seen so many movies that I don't have time to watch, ever. Would recommend!
This is 2nd time I have got -132 error which doesn't let me start the app. I have downloaded my watchlist but can't access it. To fix this I will have to uninstall the app and reinstall again. What is the point of paying you'll if my data is going to get wasted like this?? Please fix this issue
This app worked well until a few days ago. Whenever I try to play a video, I get an error message and am told to try later. This is temporarily fixed when I uninstall the app and then reinstall it, but to do this each time is very tedious. Would be 5 stars if it weren't for this fault
This app was great until a couple of weeks ago. Now, every time I try to watch any content, I get an error message (5.2). I have gone through every conceivable troubleshooting step (including factory reset) but the problem persists. The app has become completely useless, and will so remain until Netflix issues a fix.
This app is useless on my phone right now because of error (5.2) and I have tried every piece of advice except factory reset which just isn't going to happen. Since I pretty much only have netflix so I can have it on my phone this may lead to you losing my money... fix this!
The app worked OK until 2 updates ago. It stopped working after the first update and I thought maybe it would get fixed. The next update came and I though cool this will fix it. Wrong it doesn't even launch just get a black screen when I press the icon and it goes straight back to the home screen.
