First, Netflix crashes often when I'm watching it. Also, it shouldn't be much to ask (with prices increases) that you add a recently watched category. When I fall asleep during a movie, but want to watch it the next day, I have no way of telling what it is that I watched if it isn't a popular movie! I have to go to Google and put in concepts+Netflix in order to possibly find the title. The continue to watch is only helpful if the movie didn't get completed!

Netflix used to be a great app for shows/series. However, as time goes on, they keep discontinuing series that I enjoyed and engaged in my free time in. Had this been a show or two, I would completely understand. However, this seems to be an ongoing trend. So many shows just canceled out of nowhere. I have since deleted my account and moved elsewhere. Even after I've left, this pattern still continues. As a company, you need to figure this issue out. I will not recommend Netflix to anyone.

We've had Netflix for years and it is continuously getting worse. We try to watch it on our TV and it has been months since we have watched something without the app freezing, kicking us out or it having sound issues. We shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall the app to watch 10 mins for the problems to start all over again. We are giving it until the end of December. If this continues then we are cancelling our subscription. We will not continue paying for something that we can't even use!
