Ratings and reviews

I cannot use this App anymore because of an update that does not allow watching from the same account in a different country and my dad lives in a different country. To not mention it is VERY slow with releasing new seasons. For example crunchyroll has animes that are getting released like 1 up to 3 years after It's actual release. To not mention the freezes. I mean.. my internet is good, i have fortnite, cs2, roblox, steam, spotify, a lot of apps going on and not lagging at all, only netflix...

I love Netflix, it's a great app. However, it's very irritating that they took away casting from my phone. Every morning I watched Netflix on my phone while on my exercise bike. Then I moved to the kitchen and just started the cast on the TV. Now, it's extra, previously unnecessary steps (track down the TV remote, fumble through the menu, etc). Admittedly not difficult, but why be annoying for no reason?

Paid for the no ads tier subscription, still get ads on some shows. Not a baked in ad, a real deal cut the show and insert ad, no skip option. This does not seem to be ad free to me. Netflix support told me showing ads is not up to them, it is a decision by the production company of the show. Paying premium price for no ads and getting ads does not feel like a good deal.
