Something is very wrong with this app. When you're browsing and swiping, it doesn't load. It's just black boxes. Happens all the time. Watching on the TV is great, though, with no issues. Netflix platform is top-notch! The app for the phone is what's really bad, though. It's pretty much useless. Also, movies that aren't shot in English should be in a separate category or something because with a few exceptions, I'm not interested in movies that aren't shot in English.

App tends to crash or freeze frequently. It's hard to watch shows when you are constantly being bombarded with ads, short clips, and mobile games. I prefer the old app where everything was streamlined. I also cannot stand the trailers automatically playing when I just want to read the synopsis. It is frustrating.

Playback quality is awful. Brand new Samsung flagship phone. Quality is so pixelated and dark colors so blotchy when watching using the app. When I go to settings, you can't even change it, it just says "maximum quality: SD." When I clock speeds of over 200 mbps on my phone, there is no reason the quality can't be at least HD. I am paying for this service, so please give it to me otherwise I may as well cancel.
