Last update does not work at all on my Lenovo tab. Great game of tap the icon, get a crash. Also, the selection has gotten a lot worse over the last year or so - barely ever find anything to watch. Recommendations are the worst ever experienced. So, you like documetaries? Here is something with Nazis, some to-cheap-for-late-night tv german soap-documentary (don't understand german), and a lot of Adam Sandler movies - I've not yet seen a bearable one. Useless.
Netflix app is now randomly opening up and "playing" and using data, but it only happens when I'm actually watching Netflix on my smart tv. I'll grab my phone to check my texts and see that it's opened itself up. You guys still need to set up some kind of system where *we* can organize our own shows & movies in our queue into subfolders or something.
I love the use for the app, I can watch my shows in high quality, and I love their selection. BUT, I HATE the new update. It changed the entire netflix menu and I miss the old one, which, in my opinion, worked better. The menu is white, very bright and kind of annoying. The layout of the episodes on shows is something I am not a fan of and I frankly hate it, and would rather have the most previous version of the mobile netflix app without this stupid white menu. On the plus side I do like the new "skip intro" kind of like Youtubers "skip ad" button. Overall I like the app but because of the update I have to give it only three stars.
Hi I know this will be ignored but the constant buffering on a good 4g unlimited data tariff is starting to annoy me somewhat. This has only started to happen since the last update I know it's no the phone as other streaming services work impeccably please for the love of God sort it out. Everything is great otherwise. I like this app. However, since the update before last, it will not load at all on my Lenovo tablet anymore - same as someone else has already posted. And there's not even an error code. Restart/reinstall doesn't do anything. Really annoying! Please fix this ASAP!
Can't open the app on my S8+ when using cellular data and I keep getting error code (-14). I've tried using it over wifi and going back but it always gives me the same error. Tried update and uninstalling and reinstalling app. Tried using the chrome browser because it's a supported app and still get an error code. I've been a loyal customer through thick and thin. I didnt say anything when they raised their prices. I even stuck by them when the content was never updated and poor. But I am planning to cancel my subscription if this issue doesn't get fixed soon.
