Excellent Always works great. Whenever there is a problem customer service is excellent, fast, quick and very nice. All problems are fixed so fast.
False Advertising The new update for android clearly says fingerprint support. However it's not available in the app, and when I contacted mint support they said it's only available for iPhone and iPad. Um how stupid are you people you put a description of a feature that is only available for icrap products in the Google play store. Wow the ignorance of the people that make this app is beyond belief. I will be looking for another app tor replace this soon. How can I trust them with my financial information.
WTF 11/26/2105 a pop up showed a bill was due, I open app and it asks for my login info, it just hangs. Hours later it finally logs in and all 30 accounts are gone!
Not updating Some accounts haven't updated for days and when I refresh them it just keeps loading and loading and never updates.
Unreliable When it works, it's great. But the app is unreliable. Accounts lose sync without reason and then before you know it, bills are late, fees are piling up and the app won't reimburse the money you are out. Now, having problems even getting the thing to open.. all it does is spin.
Account not refreshing Used to be really good until recently. Accounts won't refresh and unable to do anything from the app including logging into the credit card online accounts. Getting quite frustrated.
