Awesome!!! I love this app! I can keep track of all my bills and can also pay them from this app! I also downloaded it to my husbands phone so he can see whats going on with the bills with out having to bug me about what and when they need to be paid. He loves that he always knows what's going on with the back account too:)
Won't login So I got a new phone, galaxy s7, and now it won't let me log in. It has me verify my identity through a series of questions, but puts up a notification saying it can't verify. I called customer service and spoke to one of the most rude individuals ever. She wasn't listening to anything I said. When I told her the issue, there was no response for 2 min then she asked me what the problem was. Every time I spoke, there was no response for 2 to 3 min at a time. Then told me to email and hung up on me.
This app only gets more unreliable So I logged in today only to find all of my accounts were erased and so we're my scheduled payments. Great. Thanks again. I'll probably get yet another late payment fee due to this app
Could not even sign in He kept saying I could not sign up because I already had an account. Which I do not even use multiple emails to sign up but it would not let me. So therefore this sucks
Getting better UPDATE Since Mint took over Check its been one error after another. The User Interface is not very riendly. My Credit Union is on Mints actual app but not on here. I've tried to contact Customer Service several times and have received NO replies. When it was Check within a few days you had an answer to your email. NOT ANYMORE. The app works when its not having issues. But does need much work IMHO. It is slowly getting better.
Worst Customer Service Ever Mint Bills takes "3-4 business days" to post to bank accounts, so a payment bounced after Mint Bills had already sent a payment. The entire app is now shut down, and customer service hammered my phone three times a day. When I called to resolve the payment problem, they promised to withdraw the money, then continued to hammer my phone three times a day. I just got off the phone again, after speaking to two more robot-voiced scriptmonkeys, one of whom demanded my debit card number rather than the bank account I already securely entered online. For such a crappy experience, which for some reason isn't already integrated into the main Mint app, they even try to charge for debit/credit payments! Unbelievable!
Broken. I need to delete accounts that were mistakenly made or this app just needs to sync to my computer, where it's set up perfectly.
