Updated to version 2.30.0.3198, still doesn't work. The app can't find the router, says it's unreachable and to make sure it's turned on. Of course, the router is on and working. All devices connected to the router are working as are all my apps on those devices, except for the Nighthawk app.

Hoping someone will reach out to me, I'm rating a 2 star because everything was fine and working great till I got a new phone. Yes, I do love the security features and how I can test my speed and able to do more than I've ever had access to. But I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice done all the security features as asked and now it says access denied and not recognized. I haven't had access in about a week or two because of this.

Terrible app. Can connect to my router 2 times out of 5. When something is wrong with the Wi-Fi signal, it gives me a hard time connecting using cellular data over the internet. It has many fewer options compared with the web interface on the computer's browser, just the basic only, in addition to even basic options being simplified. Alwas Hangs, after applying device priorities if QoS (quality of service) is on (never, not even once), while it hanging, there is no way to login w/o power ON/OFF.
