Cannot connect App works when I connect from local network. Not when I go outside. It keep saying "disconnected". There is no option to reconnect. Update2: after 1.2.10, I can no longer connect from outside. It keeps saying "refreshing".
Pretty useless so far Actually worked for a day. Then either won't connect or refreshing forever. Fiddling around for couple hours unregistered device, re-register device, complete uninstall on all devices, caches cleared, etc on and on with no resolution. Just a waste of time.
It constantly tries to relogin when not on the wifi. It caused a battery drain.

Does not work after myNetgear update Followed instructions and am not able to connect to my router any longer. Assume this may not be just me as someone else has noted the same issue. Please advise a fix? *Update - after completing the recommended fix on my PC, I am now able to access my router! Thank you for the help. Updated rating accordingly. **New update..again unable to access files using this app. Web version works fine.
The app now uses MyNETGEAR single sign-on accounts instead of ReadyCLOUD accounts. When you first sign on after upgrading, you are guided through upgrading your account.

Display "friend" icon for the device is invited by friends
App did not reconnect to server if network connection is broken
Media backup still keeps trying to backup when ReadyNAS is out of space
