Ratings and reviews

I love this game. The graphics, visuals, and gameplay are enjoyable but there are a few problems. First off, there's the level of difficulty. It was nearly impossible for me to get past Chapter 3 even with my cards at level 16 and 3-4 stars. There's a glitch where it'll randomly say "cannot play video due to network error" even though my network is fine and I'm 98% sure there wasn't supposed to be a video. BUT overall it's pretty good, (aside from the ssaesang behavior in jungkook's story).

I do love this game since it's cute and makes me happy to be an ARMY. The only reason I don't rate this 5 stars is simply for one factor, which is that it crashes. Not only in where it crashes the whole app, but as well when the characters are in a call, the audio ALWAYS crashes on me and I actually have to hang up and do it again a couple times before being able go go through the whole thing. Just little things like that are a little annoying for the gameplay.

I really love the concept of being the manager for BTS! ❤ I love the music, stages, and "mobile conversations" with the guys! ❤ The only problem I'm having is that the game keeps crashing when I go to "Another Story" levels. My phone still has plenty of storage and my Wi-Fi signal is great when I use Wi-Fi. The crash started happening just before the recent update. I'm also having trouble taking in game photos.
