NM support has improved which I am very, very thankful to. The game is fun until you complete all the missions/features. After that it feels like a chore. Some of the game play makes no sense. I do like the feature which rewards players for spending crystals/cash. I do think it's time to retire the game though and bring us something new.

Every update means more problems. Every time it has been updated, the game freezes more or it just turns off and you have to go through the whole "loading," of the game. How about when you particpate in timeline or otherworld battles, try making a more balanced battle. It's ridiculous to have all these characters and only be able to utilize the top tier characters because of the ridiculous match ups. For example..How about 68's versus 68's? 60's versus 60's.

Game has crashed 10+ times a day for months! I've cleared the cache data on my device. I've even uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it, but game still crashes. It used to only crash in World Boss, GBR, and Otherworld Battle. But now, even after 5+ updates, it will crash randomly on any part of the game. The game crashes more and more with each update!
