Some fine tuning could help massively To book a class, you have to log in for a second time and confirm your desired club, after you have already selected your home club. Pointless webpage when you're already logged into the app itself. Manually recording a workout is OK, but it would be more helpful to have a "Gym" section of options (classes, machines, weights etc), a "Sports" section (football, basketball etc), and an "Other" section (walking etc).
Why doesn't the booking system on the app allow to get off wait listed classes? Checking if I got into the class every few minutes right up to minute until the class starts is a waste of my time and effort and results in a strike aginst my record if I can't cancel ahead of the one hour notice.
Worst sports app I have ever used. xcapture on it never works so if u want to enter a challenge u need to moan about their terrible app and how it doesn't work to get ur sessions recorded, no link to strava it has no analysis of your data like Garmin connect, training peaks or strava. When I have to use it to book my classes it is annoying as it has access and loads of permissions to my phone that it shouldn't really need it also has access to other sports app data such as myfitnesspal the issue with this is it will record double or more data depending on how many apps u allow this to connect to the moans could go on and on but I'm not going to. The club's that are using this would be better using a private club in strava it would do more.

This app could defo win the most user unfriendly app of the year award. Ugly, unusable. I wish I was not forced to use it by the club.
Even though I like the rewards and challenges options the UI is atrocious. I hope somebody is already working to improve the app. The fact it self that I have to register 2 times and link the accounts together is frustrating. Not to mention that for some reason my account and the membership does not wish to connect as my details are not getting accepted. When i asked for technical support, I sat for 2 hours (literally, im not even over exaggerate with this) with the CS agent. It is likely that im doing something wrong here, but for the love of good, provide some training to your employees about your OSS. I had to explain the situation to her several times that my account does not wish to connect to my membership. The lady i spoke with, referred that she changed the password for me to log in. This went for 2 hours and in the end I had no choice but to take steps to send in screenshots to make her understand that it has nothing to do with my password as im already in. After this, the communications went silent, i got no answer and im still unable to log in. Just to mention, i used PC to go online for the same purpose, but i have to search in google for the log in option, which is not presented on the main webpage.
