HEALTH CONNECT

The app integrates with Health Connect to securely access your workout and health data such as steps, distance, heart rate, blood pressure, body fat, calories, weight, and height to display accurate training summaries and progress tracking. This feature is disabled by default and only becomes active when you choose to connect to Health Connect.

aweful support team and aweful app. payment fails for no clear reason and if they can take reccuring payment on card they end membership it seems. support doest give clarification instead throws the generic information and says they would end membership. they have admin fees for everything. credit card that paid successfully last month, still in my credit limit, has failed this month silently. i had to check if it got paid or not. it said failed and added october. i raised a support ticket.

Why oh why don't you use QR codes on the equipment? The app is generally ok for checking gym availability and classes, but trying to log workouts on the various equipment is cumbersome, you scroll through a long list, sometimes there are duplicate / similar excercieses (bench press for eg). Why not just have a QR code on each piece of equipment, and just scan it in the app? Would save so much time, and maybe stop some of the 10 minute doom-scrolling between sets that some seem to do.

The gym group is an excellent gym for all your fitness and training needs. Im reviewing the one thats closest to me[Swansea]. The gym is spacious has brilliant equipment is super clean with a general great vibe amongst gym atttendees where everyone is focused on their fitness schedule. The staff are personable, helpful and approachable answering any query or question you have. They provide a range of classes included in your monthly subscription that caters for newbies or for more advanced.
