Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work. Continually says "no internet connection" and won't even open. I've cleared the app, my phone data, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried on and off wifi and it just won't open. Irritating as I found out today the website isn't kept up to date like the app and it's more difficult to make reservations on the website, if the class is even listed there...

Rarely works well. Constantly has an error message when attempting to select my home gym to see classes. Have not been able to book a class. Sort of the point of the app for me and I cannot use that feature. So sort of useless for me.

App needs update. Google calendar doesn't do reminders anymore. If waitlisted it bugs the app when trying to book another. Swim booking just takes you to the website! Not even part of app. The app is buggy and not well maintained.
