#HELP I am really unhappy! I made a mistake and pressed the wrong thing, and I not sure if I was charged for a premium service I did not want! I unsubscribe but still wanted to know what I was charged! I contacted the developers and did not get a reply. This is so crap and unfair as I am also legally blind and I made an honest mistake! The developers or customer services do not get back or even try to help...is the anyone who could help me? I just need to know what I have been charged.
Shady automatic payments made The app sends push notifications telling you of their services. I clicked one to get rid of it from my notifications and the app automatically sent a text message to pay for their premium services. I did not want this and at no point did I click a buy now or upgrade Button. It did it itself after I clicked on the push notification which said nothing about purchasing anything. I haven't a clue how much this has charged me I complained and they are less than helpful!
It hides things It's ok. If you want features you have a monthly or yearly fee. All of the features it lists don't come free, you pay monthly. I would buy the app for local storage but that's not allowed. I got 50 gig of free storage from another app. Vault gives you 1 gig. You can get file structures on other apps, vault crams ALL of your photos in one place. Family, business, and hot girls all in one file. When you expert them back to your phone, they all go back into one file. I'm going to look at other apps.
Secret App I feel this is the best app to hide all Ur important data..may that be Ur images or Ur videos.. Nobody is going to see them. And also u can block the callers u don't want to talk among Ur contact list...release and unblock done at ease.
Login problem I can't create an account. I had an account before and each time I try to log in, it says incorrect password or email. I had a lot of files in the app now, it's all gone. I'm trying to open a new account with a different email and it's telling me email already in use. Fix ASAP
No customer service for Premium membership Paid for "Premium Membership" & cant get any help to tranfer my vault to my new phone!! I've sent 6 help tickets and provided my membership ID number, new phone IMEI and screenshots, then they stop replying!! How hard can it be to transfer it to a new phone? paid premium membership for what? no access whatsoever and no help!! Can anyone help!!?
