1. What if I forgot my password?

If you have a security Email set up before, you should be able to see a "Forgot Password" en-trance once you input the wrong password. Tap on the entrance and follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you do not have a security Email but you had backed up your data to cloud space, then the data can be recovered from the cloud by reinstalling Vault app.


2. How do I enter vault in stealth mode？


1. Put Vault back to the phone’s home screen by adding Vault widget, once it appears on home screen, tap on it, and then input your password to enter, or,

2. Download "NQ calculator" in Google Play, open it, and input correct password then tap "=".


3. Why are my photos/videos lost?

Some cleaning or free storage apps may automatically delete Vault’s data folder used to store pictures and videos. So, as a best practice, please do not choose to delete Vault’s data folder and subfolders (mnt/sdcard/SystemAndroid) when you use such apps.

You can also backup your pictures and videos to cloud by using "Cloud Backup" feature in the premium page of Vault.

I get a message that my premium subscription has expired!..Even though I have 3 months left on it!...I also can't see my photos or restore from cloud. I don't know if they are permanently lost or what. I have used the apps feed back for help with this issue, along with screen shots of my receipts for the last 4 yrs. I still have not gotten a response from NQ. Something similar happened 4 months ago when I xfred to new phone. All photos lost. Terrible no help. Will not renew if not fix

I installed this a year ago and deleted it 2 months later. The app get updating itself and showing a notification that it was up to date. Why would an app that is supposed to stay hidden announce on my screen that it was there and up to date? I cancelled my subscription but the company charged my visa again last week for another year's subscription. I tried contacting them but all they have is a phone number and mailing address in China. No email. A bad product and fraudulent charges.

Was a good app. Idk what happened, if it's a glitch from a recent update or what, but now it will freeze and stop responding when I look at pictures that are stored, and some of the videos I have stored have become corrupted and can't be viewed. Even if I move them back to my regular phone gallery they are still corrupted. Don't think I'll keep paying the monthly until this gets fixed. Not thrilled
