This app has gotten progressively worse as time has gone on. And the experience is the same for me as an Android user and for my colleagues who are iPhone users. We regularly have to log out/log back in (often multiple times a day), or uninstall and reinstall the app just to receive calls. Lately if trying to make calls it will suddenly stop working mid-call when using my Bluetooth earpiece, even though it works fine when making regular calls. We are now looking for a new work phone provider.

Missed calls, only rings if the app is actually open. Can receive texts but can't respond, says no SMS number available. Calls get stalled and won't go through or can't hear the other person when answering or while talking, but they can hear me. Lots of static, poor connections. I use this app for my job, not very good for business at all. Multiple issues

Im forced to use it and it is terrible. calls stuck like they are calling minutes after, ring tones ringing well after I answered the call (I have to talk to people with my bloody ringtone still ringing in my ear over the call), dropped calls, answer buttons rejects calls and does not answer them, Speaker goes out, clients loose volume to my voice, this is bloody embarrassing. How can you even pride yourselves in this app. Every single call has an issue of some kind. Cant wait to get rid of it.
