About this app

SNAPmobile is a SIP softclient that extends VoIP functionality beyond the land line or desk top. It brings features of the netsapiens platform directly to end-user's mobile devices as a Unified Communications solution. With SNAPmobile, users are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. They are also able seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption. SNAPmobile grants users the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. This includes the management of answering rules. greetings, and presence which all contribute to more efficient communication.

Not only does this app not work. It often doesn't ring, it freezes and hangs. It doesn't do well with contacts. It's slow... and on and on. It's not the 5 phones I've tried it on. This is possibly the worst app I've ever been forced to use. I'm being forced to use it because my IP phone carrier - Simple Fiber uses it exclusively. In addition to that it is a MAJOR SPY APP. In the last 24hrs, this app has attempted to collect 215 pcs. of private info on my Privacy Phone. A complete fail at best!

Truly the worst VOIP softclient of all time. Buggy as hell. Incoming calls ring for half a second then disappear, only to pop back up again and repeat the process. Text conversation will often send to the sender (yourself) rather than the recipient. Outgoing calls almost always have no audio input, so the person on the other end can't hear you. I could go on and on.

This app is very buggy. When trying to answer calls, the app sometimes crashes and when I have someone on hold, I sometimes am unable to return to that call if the other person I was on with hangs up. Call history is spotty too. Seems to not show missed calls. The speaker button for audio output switches on/off on it's own... It's very inconsistent and it often performs poorly. The company seriously needs to work out the bugs on this app and update it.
