0/5 stars! Pointless app does not work if you want to pay after parking. After parking and attending an appointment, I headed straight back to my car, thinking I could use the app to pay for parking. Allowed location and found idlewells, selected the option to say I had already parked, but the app would not allow me to select an earlier entry time than the current time. After trying multiple times, I ended up having to walk back down to the pay machines in the centre.

Terrible, terrible car parking system. I parked in a car park for 30 minutes where the first hour is free. There are ANPR cameras at the entrance and exit, but apparently you have to put your numberplate into a machine as well, otherwise you get a fat fine. There is no-one you can speak to about it - you have to message backwards and forwards on WhatsApp. Trying to sort out my "free" half hour has added a massive amount of stress to my life. I will never park in one of these car parks again.

I can't login to the app. It will send a two factor authentication code, I'll input it & then it will say logged in but won't actually log me in. The active bookings page is constantly loading, and every time I click on anything it asks me to sign in again, so I cannot use the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but still getting the same issue. Update: the issue was resolved and I can now use the app
