The whole idea is great however when something goes wrong at the space as happened to me there is NO phone support, the chat bot is slow, clunky & inaccurate and they then get you to fill in a form which for me 8 hours later still hasn't been answered. If it wasn't for some ingenuity my car would still be stuck behind secure gates 8 hours later......

Nah, this app is incredibly handy. I've used it a few times especially going to airports. For example, last year parking for 2 weeks at stanstead for me was £180, on the app for a space near by, was £55. So you can see how it saves you cash by not just a margin, but by quite a substantial amount. I've let my buddy know who also uses this app and he loves it,she used to get a bus because it was cheaper. LOVE IT.

Impossible to sign up to using the app. Kept throwing up errors and telling me my passwords didn't match even though they did. There were other errors as well including buttons not reacting when pressed. Reading other reviews it seems that plenty of other people are having the same problem. I'm going to uninstall it and take my business elsewhere because I can't trust a flaky app.
