Both Brink's Money Prepaid or Navy Federal Credit Union Apps keep stopping each time I try to open and I want to know why?! Also, Google Play Services is responsible for me not being able to access these Apps even though they were updated, uninstalled, then re-installed and neither App will open. Therefore, I can only conclude that Google Play Services has bug! The problem has been corrected and this App is "now working properly"! Thanks!

I regret downloading this app. I can sign in with no problems on my PC, but everytime I try to sign in the app (using the same user name and password), I get an error message that my user name/password is incorrect..tried changing password, deleting and reinstalling the app, but keep getting error message. I called customer service several times and can barely understand what they are saying..all they do us send you a link to change your password.tell you to uninstall and reinstall app,, I'm done

Have been trying to deposit a check. I can sign in, and tell the app I want to capture a check. However, once I am able to get photos of both sides the app appears to be processing, then it signs me out. Yes, I have the most recent version of the app. I downloaded it Monday 12/07. The only assistance I received from customer service was being told to restart my phone. This did nothing. I tried clearing my cache, deleting the app and downloading the app again. It still does not work. Not happy.
