Accidentally hit the back button on phone when I was almost completely finished setting up account after spending 20 minutes choosing trades/categories and everything was lost and took me back to beginning, very beginning. Started with little but of info a second time and hit back button to see if first time was a fluke, but no, took me back again. If these issues occur just signing up, I can only imagine the frustration that awaits. I'll pass on spending money to lose data and potential leads.

Customer service is absolutely rude. Their lead quality is no good. I was told I wouldn't pay for bad leads, but when it comes down to it, I can't be reimbursed, I'm just given more bad leads I have to pay for eventually. If you put money in the account and you pause it due to paying to much for worthless leads so you can cancel the account, they will not give your money back they will let you use your money up in more bad quality leads. They will not re-imburse you for bad leads.
