The app has some problems to apply the filters. It does not apply them on selection. I have to reenter the filter and select again apply. This was not behaving like that in the past. S22 ultra user here. Step 1 : Select a picture Step 2 : Select a filter Then instead of the image showing the result after the loading wait time, I see a black image, and I have to reselect the filter and in the menu that opens press apply on the right side of the screen. And this does not work always even. I purchased the pro subscription also, so I am not sure if this also helps.

Well, this is an edited review where the app moved from 1 start to 5 stars again. The app it self performs pretty well and this was the case all the time. There was an issue with the subscription especially when you try to use the app on multiple devices. The issue was sorted out in the latest app update, and what amazes me more is how understanding the support team was. Although the response came very late, but when it came they were really dedicated to sorting the problem out.

No longer recognizes my PAID subscription! This is the second year I've had a paid subscription (on Android phone) and have used it in the past on the web as well. Tried to use it today for the first time in quite awhile, and I cannot access the subscription features... it treats it like a "free" subscription. Tried uninstall/reinstall and it made no difference. Sent a message to support and got back answers about Lensa? Very frustrating because in the past it was a good app. Support help!
