Well, this is an edited review where the app moved from 1 start to 5 stars again. The app it self performs pretty well and this was the case all the time. There was an issue with the subscription especially when you try to use the app on multiple devices. The issue was sorted out in the latest app update, and what amazes me more is how understanding the support team was. Although the response came very late, but when it came they were really dedicated to sorting the problem out.

Edit - after several weeks they emailed me and I got a refund. Updating to 3 stars for their service and the fact that when it works, it works great. Can't go above 3 for their inability to fix an obvious bug. Cannot login on more than one device EVER. Got a new phone and now I've got 11 months of a subscription I can't access. Did their "login with email" to no avail. No way to use what I paid for seems like a scam to me. And forget about getting help, they'll never reply to an email.

Never looked at app till I was charged $32.95 for it. THEN installed to check it out. Cannot find support to get my money back. I've tried everything to cancel. I do NOT recall subscribing to anything, especially charging this much! So just the installation charged me. That is pathetic. I just want my money back. I've emailed and was given instructions to activate. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL AND GET A REFUND!!!
