PWRview provides owners of Generac PWRcell Clean Energy systems with real-time data performance, directly from their mobile device.

Ratings and reviews

Updated: few minutes after reviewing that I couldn't enter tarrif information I was able to get it working. Had to set it to Business first, then Residential. Entering price/kWh is terrible, one character at time from right to left. User interface is a struggle but the information is nice to have when setup. Wish I could change battery strategies remotely. App only displays status, doesn't change system settings.

The app has worked well, no crashes. The app provides good information on how the system is running currently and historically. My issue with is I wish it could be used to control some functions. The outage guard is a step in the right direction and shows that they can remotely change profiles. But my issue is they base that on weather forecasts only. Please give us the ability to change the profile using the app. If I know there is an outage coming I want to set the system to Priority Backp

So far is is OK, but I can't enter my tariff info. I can pick my system, utility company and setup commercial/Tiered rate info. When I get to "Your tariffs", I don't have any tariffs listed and I can't move forward with out them. I can put in my Bill cycle date, but then I'm stuck. Only option is to go back, no way to save data. Can't get to "Your taxes & adjustments" at all.
