Understand (Free) : Start with free, clinically validated screening tools for ADHD and autism. Instant results help you decide your next step. No card needed.

Explore (GBP 30 one-off) : A comprehensive self-guided screening battery of 10-12 validated instruments, including collateral input from someone who knows you well. Receive a detailed report showing ADHD and autism trait likelihood with grouped instrument scores. Self-paced, save and resume anytime.

Confirm (from GBP 399) : A clinician-led diagnostic journey. Complete a full evidence pack, then attend a 1:1 video consultation with a GMC-registered specialist. Receive a formal diagnostic report with recommended next steps. Nurse-led and clinician-led options available.

CLINICALLY ROBUST
Instruments are aligned with NICE guidelines, DSM-5, and ICD-11 criteria. Our battery includes gold-standard tools such as DIVA-5 for ADHD, RAADS-R for autism, Conners, BRIEF, and SRS-2 : the same instruments used in NHS and private clinical settings.
