About this game

Please note that while Mightier is free to download, this clinically proven gaming platform requires a subscription.

Our games help kids learn how to regulate their emotions, all through play!

Mightier’s biofeedback games have already helped more than 100,00 kids. Designed to help kids ages 6 - 12 better regulate tantrums, aggression, irritability, anxiety, and diagnoses like ADHD, ODD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Tested and proven - 87% of parents report improvement in 90 days.

Kids wear a heart rate monitor while they play, which allows them to see their emotions in real time. As their heart rate goes up during play, the games become harder. Then, kids practice calming exercises to bring their heart rate back down, and the games continue!

Through discovery and repetition, kids learn how to bring their heart rate down by themselves, and start using the same techniques in real world situations. They become Mightier!

All the while, parents are supported by a dedicated app that helps them gain valuable insights that reduce conflict, and strengthen their relationship.

Mightier is HIPPA and COPPA (Child Online Privacy Protection Rule) compliant, and does not collect, sell, or trade any identifiable data.

$40/month to use any part of this app, there is no free content at all. That subscription price is outrageous. Really nice work preying on parents who love and care for their kids and are probably having a hard time and fele desperate. There's no way the price point needs to be that high when there's no 1:1 interaction with a professional and client. Literally gross.

I have one child with a formal diagnosis, and one without. They also each have very different emotional needs–Mightier works so well for both of them! We have now been using Mightier for two solid months. While it took us a bit to get in the groove of regular use, my kids now both LOVE Mightier and beg to play it! I am encouraged to see their progression with the games and how much more they now understand their capacity to control and regulate their progression via their heartrate. We truly love this app--such a win!

Been using MIGHTIER for a few years now with kiddos who struggle to regulate their emotions and understand their body signals. My clients love it and look forward to learning. Some have purchased the program for home use and are making good progress implementing calming strategies. A good resource to use in conjunction with other strategies, depending on the individual needs of your kiddo. Good customer service, communication and support during the entire time.
