Worth every penny Had the trial a couple of times in the past only to settle for a much cheaper alternative. Always hesitated to buy as I never spent US$5+ for a mobile app before. Decided to trial again, now with a better setup, made the purchase shortly after. More transparent & dynamic as opposed to PA's warm-ish & softer sound. And the UI, once you got used to it you'd really appreciate it. Considering all that, this is a very affordable audio upgrade for any Android user.
Very good, BUT EVERYTHING IS SCRAMBLED, NO ALPHABETICAL ORDER! ..not sure how remove video files, needs improvement in organization, everything is mixed up ..Like jeez . I just wanted all 3 audio files, I didn't need the audio from my videos too. Lol just that and an improved EQ bar. ..The pitch/ shift is awesome.
Most configurable audio - New UI. The new UI is a vast improvement. It's still a little quirky, but you get used to it quickly. Very configurable and great sound. The developer is very responsive. I have over 20,000 tracks on my tablet and it handles such a large library without issues. The only quirk is it seems to balk at initially building such a large library in one pass and I need to restart the scan a few times to load all the tracks.
Great, but needs improvement I just bought this app a few days ago and I love it; the level of customization is insane. The only downside is the user interface is clunky and confusing, particularly the color options. The tags for these options make no sense, making it very time consuming. Another issue I have is options becoming selected or deselected randomly. It doesn't read my playlists either, which is a big pain when you spent hours crafting them.
Best. I was browsing eq presets today and have to ask, is it just me, or does this application just keep better and better? It was amazing back in the day on my old hardware, and continues to progress. My only complaint is that I can't use it as a system wide replacement for hw audio control, because it puts my stock hal to shame ;)
SUDDENLY STOPS. First i want to commend the developer for making an app for audiophiles. The only problem i encountered was during playing via USB DAC Dragonfly Black 1.5, it randomly/suddenly stops and forced close, after playing aproximately 5 songs, mp3 and Flac files. Is there a workaround? Will it be solved on your next update?
