Your app is a piece of s***! Every single time I TRY to login to pay my mortgage, I'm told I need to set a new damn password. And nothing is good enough as far as passwords go. I can try setting up to 20 and I'm literally told there are errors found when I'm doing EXACTLY what's suggested, up to 8 characters with all the bells and whistles included. You literally DO NOT MAKE IT EASY to pay a flipping bill. This is an every month problem for me. I'm sick & tired of this fight!

Works well, IF you can sign in. The past few months each time I try to sign on through the app, biometric or PIN, it just freezes on the welcome screen and doesn't advance. I've tried uninstalling and starting over, no change. I feel like I get lucky on the times it goes through. We have two accounts and when I can get signed in, it won't allow us to pay the other account ahead unless we label it extra principal, therefore, it doesn't count as the coming months amount due. Please fix the app!

Just tried to sign in and it gives the same errors as the Calibur app. Oh, and the webpage won't load. Fantastic. Seeing all of the other complaints, that remain the same for months, it seems that, perhaps, legal action should be considered, especially if people are getting late fees due to an app that does not work correctly. And I won't be contacting your lousy customer service, bc, clearly, that does not help.
