The app needs lots of work. It crashes, constant loading. Never take my payments.. it's terrible.******* update 2 years later... issues continue. app is unusable. cant see my balance. cant make payments, or see any information. app has so many problems. I recommend just calling the call center to make payments or get info. app is a flop

never had much info in the app. recently, they randomly decided to remove all info about my loan from the app. I can log in, but there is nothing there. apparently I have to go through a whole thing to get it back. just a pretty poor user experience so far. not a useful app when it doesn't have the info you need to begin with then randomly removes what it does have so you can't monitor your loans/accounts without logging in on desktop.

Works well, IF you can sign in. The past few months each time I try to sign on through the app, biometric or PIN, it just freezes on the welcome screen and doesn't advance. I've tried uninstalling and starting over, no change. I feel like I get lucky on the times it goes through. We have two accounts and when I can get signed in, it won't allow us to pay the other account ahead unless we label it extra principal, therefore, it doesn't count as the coming months amount due. Please fix the app!
