The app had trouble loading. The back end os not connected directly to inventory. In general, NB has great shoes but there logistical support and software stinks. They have yet to master the Amazon shipping method. That is a high standard but they have had years to improve.
I would have given the app a five except it takes too long for your reward points to upload. Also, I've found it hard to reorder after the initial first order. Other than that I love New Balance shoes and the app.
I found the app helpful. I was able to access all the areas. Only issue is rewards points were not given when I ordered from the website and said I had to order from the app. Regardless it should have taken my order. More a knock against the company not the app.
I was hoping to shop around for their products without having to sign up for something I don't want. Wrong. You guys need to rethink the purpose of this app.
Seems to work fine, nice way to check on your orders or shop for new shoes. Have had some issues opening up custom shoe links inside the app, otherwise it's useful.
Every time I try to add something to my bag there's an error. I just downloaded this app too.
