I was disappointed when i placed order online and i received a Chinese confirmation email, then after 2 days of the purchase the send me an email saying we cant ship to your provided address or POBox and i have to reply in 2 days in order to prevent them from canceling my order, after i did the address update i was surprised that the cancelled my order because i didnt reply. And they refunded the money thank you
Extremely dissapointed in customer service. Placed 2 orders, on consecutive days. The orders were packed in 4 parcels, that's ok no problem with that. However when 3 of the 4 packages have no or incorrect tracking numbers and when the one package of the 2nd order is delivered and the other 3 have not arrived and still cannnot be tracked you'd expect customer service would answer at least 1 of the several emails Ive sent.
I had place an order 5th of June 2017. Right now I didn't get any confirmation n not any thing.my payment was already done.plz inform me that till what time I'll get this items.??? Or it's been cheated by you all ...tell me...and very poor service. Plz help me out of it.
Just installed,but almost every one gives single star.items looks good.so planning to buy one item. If service is good I'll buy more. But I am not sure about the delivery.blindly I believe and trust.Waiting to see..!!
Very expensive shopping app its shipping charge is very high comparison to Amazon, Flipkart, and snapdeal pls guys don't install this app.
Seems to be as good as Wish but my bank charges an international surcharge :(
