Latest update seems to have removed the summarised total of how much you have spent in the month so far on the 'transactions' tab? Why? I need this to keep track of my spending... If it is re-added, will change my review back to 5 stars. EDIT 17/01/24: Just noticed you have now fixed this, changing rating back to 5 stars! 👍

I have been using card for about 3 years. So far I enjoyed since its easy to process payment,earn rewards and easy to use, navigate options and good customer service but since lockdown happened it became pain specially with rewards points, voucher won't work, no customer service it becomes useless. Gonna cancel my account. :(

Hi Irfan, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience post lockdown! Following Boohoo's purchase of Burton reward vouchers are no longer being accepted and there have been some changes to retail customer service channels, but NewDay customer service for credit card support can be reached via 0333 220 2501. Straightforward to use app. First experience was good, but it no longer accepts payments. Paid my card off as usual last weekend, and as I didn't see a transaction on my current account after nearly a week, and Customer service said no pending transaction debit on my account. Fix this now. The app is next to useless now.

Hi Keith, our system will only accept payments if there's a balance on the account. With regards to the transaction, we'll only charge you once the merchant claims the funds, and sometimes, it can take between 3-5 working days.
