The Malalhue Community and Cultural Radio was born out of the need to have a means of communication that would cover and account for social problems in the community and in the sector, giving spaces to social organizations, citizens, promoting the approach of the authorities with the town of Malalhuina respecting democracy and plurality of opinion. Likewise, this community radio is constituted in true "public squares" as centers of debates; the meeting place for social actors; where dialogues are generated between the authorities and the people; and citizen agendas are built that influence community and national development.
