It enables the user to perform handy operations on the go via Android Mobile Devices. The App Provides 3 basic options for any Helpdesk Ticket Logged into the system:
• Assigning of a ticket which is done By PM or CQR Owners of a particular project.
• Providing resolution to the Customer for the logged Helpdesk Ticket (Ticket Closure)
• Acknowledgement of the resolution provided to you by Newgen Team.
