I'll give it 2 stars , it's useless other that just checking your balance, all my other apps such as state farm I can go in the app , view my bill set up my payment profile with my debit card, hit pay my bill and submit in less than 1 minute my bill is paid . I do not understand why I can't pay my notes through this app ! It's so inconvenient when it could be so simple .

I love most things about the app, but why did they remove the feature that allowed the site to remember your username? I have to manually type it in each time. I can understand having to type in the password, but removing the ability to have it remember your username just seems pointless.

This app has been horrible for the last 6 months or so. I'm constantly having to delete the app and reinstall it due to an error message while performing the process of whether or not I'm a human.
